Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By scheduling services with NXT Lawn LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Property Conditions

To ensure quality service and protect our equipment, we ask that properties be reasonably clear of personal property and pet waste prior to scheduled service.

Pet Waste Policy: If pet waste is present on the property at the time of service and comes into contact with our equipment, a $20 cleaning fee will be added to your invoice. We recommend clearing your yard of pet waste before your scheduled service day.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Service days are scheduled based on route efficiency. While we aim for consistency, service days are subject to change due to weather or ground conditions.

Rain Delays: Service days are subject to change due to weather. If we are unable to mow due to rain, we will service your property on the next viable day.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to skip a service. Cancellations made on the day of service (or if we arrive and cannot access the yard) will incur a trip charge of $10.

Payment

We accept Cash, Check, or Zelle. Invoices are given by hand, or sent via mail or email following the service.

Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Checks: Please make checks payable to NXT Lawn LLC.

Late Payments: To keep our rates competitive, we cannot carry balances. Service will be automatically paused for any accounts with an outstanding balance over 7 days. Service will resume once the balance is paid in full.

Liability

NXT Lawn exercises reasonable care while servicing your property. However, we are not liable for damage to unmarked or hidden objects, including but not limited to: irrigation heads, shallow cables/wires, invisible dog fences, or toys left in the grass. Please flag any hidden hazards prior to your first service.

Fuel Surcharge Policy

To maintain competitive pricing on our standard services, NXT Lawn LLC reserves the right to apply a temporary fuel surcharge if local fuel prices rise significantly.

Trigger: If the average price of regular unleaded gasoline in the Mound, MN area exceeds $4.00 per gallon, a surcharge of 3% may be applied to each visit.

Notification: You will be notified via email or invoice note before any surcharge is applied. We pledge to remove this surcharge immediately once local fuel prices drop below the trigger threshold.

Media & Marketing Release

Client agrees to allow NXT Lawn LLC to capture photographs or video of the Client's property for business documentation, quality assurance, and marketing purposes (including our website, social media, and printed flyers).

Privacy Commitment: We value your privacy. No personal information, house numbers, or images of people/children will be used in marketing materials without seperate, explicit written consent.

Opt-Out: If you prefer that photos of your property not be used for public marketing, please notify us in writing at nick@nxtlawn.com
